Hall Kevin

I had previously worked with Kevin hall on 2 occasions and it went pretty well no complaints. i refereed my brother to him due to 1 accident that was not his fault that he experienced. Kevin Hall messed up royally. He told my brother that the ticket he got in conjunction with his accident was dismissed in court and he did not need to worry about anything. The truth was that the ticket was not dismissed and they suspended my brother’s license for a failure to appear in court. Kevin hall and his team did not even apologize nor paid the reinstatement fees for this error. He also just made a claim under the insurance for pip and works with a chiropractor in bellaire to do easy insurance claims and doesn’t pursue the claims accurately . due to this mistake they listed the accident as if my brother was at fault even though we have clear pictures and evidence that he was rear ended and the other insurance company even paid out the property damage liability. Sammy just told me to “shop my insurance around if it is too high” and told me it was illegal for an insurance company to surcharge on a not at fault claim which is invalid information for us since all they did was file a pip claim . The staff never let you speak to kevin hall and the main customer service operator who answers his calls always acts annoyed when i called about this case. I honestly have no choice but to make a texas bar association since this mistake has surcharged my insurance erroneously for the next 5 years and has cost me 7,000 dollars in increased premiums.
