Dan was referred to me by another great attorney. Dan provided his legal expertise to me for a custody jury trial which settled prior to trial. He’s also represented me for an enforcement and also for an appeal. Dan is a very firm, passionate and knowledgeable attorney. Every time that we’ve gone to court, there’s been multiple attorneys who have approached Dan for his legal expertise. He’s very professional and confident and truly wants what’s right.
The absolute worst experience of dealing with any lawyer or human if he is. Unbelievably rude and arrogant. There is a time and place for in the courts when needed but not during conversations with him. He said all we needed was 6000.00 dollars. Then the bill after that went up to like 12,000.00 something. Liar and Jerk.

Allow me to elaborate. in the time i have had to hire him I’ve accidentally Heard many sitting judge’s call him for advice.He is always extremely thorough with everyone,And when he walks into the court room its like when Moses ask God to part the Red sea.I said LIKE which means ALMOST either way would not regret it.It is hard to find someone with such integrity,respect,and Honor it has been a great privilege working with him.
