Wow. It was horrible translation and notary experience. I asked them to translate 4 documents from Vietnamese to English. All 4 were so wrong including extra somebody’s passport information on our document. I was so nice. I texted him to let him know and asked him to fix. He said that it was not important even my mom’s address on marriage certificate. When we came to get new translating version, he yelled at my parents that we are petty and that we tried to find mistakes caused him inconvenience. Lord, he was not that important. He is not celebrity. They are legal documents for legal process. We need it to be exact. That was a reason we entrusted him and paid. Again we came home with missing important information. My parents were gotten so much nagging and they could not do thorough check. Now we have to find a new service and pay more. Our application submission was again delayed. Save yourself from horrible service.
