I am on my daughter’s account posting a review due to the negligence my son is experiencing with this law firm. The level of communication that he is experiencing right now is nonexistent. The expectation of speed and loyalty in handling his case, once again is nonexistent. The Foust Firm, is more worried about obtaining their retainer fees than they are helping people win cases. Wow, I expected more from legal professionals than what I am seeing unfold before my very eyes. Do better Foust Firm!

Mr. Foust is an amazing attorney as well as his staff. The staff keeps you informed listens to your questions and needs and provides personalized feedback very easy to work with. Mr.Foust is very kind, knowledgeable, and compassionate, I recently went through probate and just prior to entering into the court room he warned me of how emotional this process is, in front of the judge I was prepared and just as Mr. Foust said I became emotionally overwhelmed he patted me on the back an handed me a box of tissue(thank you). Directly after court he walked me up to the probate clerks office to retrieve documents required moving forward an personally took the time to explain everything just before parting like a kid in a candy shop he received a sucker truly an awesome firm all the way around thank you all.
