La peor experiencia que he tenido, estoy desde noviembre del año pasado tratando de solicitar una cita y he ido reiterada veces y lo único que dicen no hay citas y llame al número que nunca contestan o deje un mensaje el cual nunca responden, no entiendo para que le hacen perder el tiempo a las personas de bajos recursos que estamos necesitando ayuda.
Fui en busca de asesoría legal y no tienen abogados disponible, me dijeron que podía venir el próximo mes para hacer una cita posiblemente para el mes más arriba pero me aconsejaron que no esperara por ellos y que buscará en otro lugar.
I can’t dry eat this yesterday because I was told by a law enforcement agency to get in contact with them to help someone that was is seeking asylum she was very rude she kept cutting me off she kept telling me that they didn’t have an appointment until next year to call back and maybe I would have some luck when I asked her for other information like any other charities because this person has no one in the United States has four children one on the way didn’t finish school don’t know how to work at anything she told me that she would text me some information and I never got the text I’m very disappointed with the person that I spoke with because I know that this is not represent everyone in the company the way I look at it if you don’t like what you’re doing or you’re not in it to help the people with the whole heart then go find another job
