Mr. Levin is an amazing mediator and all around good person. His knowledge of the law is impressive. His preparation ahead of mediation is commendable. His style and interaction with the clients is always respectful. Quite frankly, that is part of his magic yielding a positive outcome way more times than not.
Kind, Thoughtful, observant are how I would describe Mr. Levin. I appreciate that he mediates and gives such time to doing so. I have no doubt that had he continued his law practice he would put in far fewer hours with at least as much pay. I think he mediates in a bit of a non-traditional way, and some people may be off-put by the length of time and slow pace. I think that it is quite intentional on his part. Once you have a certain amount of time invested in a case, I think you may feel more responsive toward resolving the issue. In any case, it is going to take give on both sides to come to any kind of agreement. He is adept at facilitating agreements, which is ultimately what one wants in a mediator!
