Omg! I have never experienced such horrible customer service. I saw this person’s google profile and simply called to inquire about his legal service. Without even so much as asking for my name, he bluntly stated: “Yea…Naw, Not Interested!” Prejudice, Discrimination, maybe? I don’t know but it was almost as if he pre-judged me simply by the sound of my voice. It’s okay to be selective of cases you accept or to not be accepting new clients but this person’s delivery was BEYOND RUDE and DISMISSIVE. It doesn’t cost anything to be kind to a person. But clearly for Nick Caridas, that is too much of a task. As a licensed official myself and someone who values & puts customer service at the forefront of my business- people like Nick Caridas are a disgrace! Do not walk…RUN in another direction. Spend your hard earned money by patronizing an attorney that was raised right!
I had decided to sell my home by myself and knew one of the first things to do on the list was to secure the services of a real estate attorney. Finding an independent attorney rather than one in a large corporation was important to me. It became apparent early on in my research that Nick would be the perfect choice. At our initial consultation, Nick created an atmosphere of friendliness, professionalism and accessibility. He previously had sold his own home(s) so he knew the trials and tribulations that might lay ahead. I handled all the marketing aspects and within a week of my home being on the market I had a serious buyer. At that point Nick took over and handled all the negotiations and produced the contract that would eventually lead to the sale of my home. Throughout the entire process Nick was on top of every little detail and kept the process moving forward. At the end of the negotiations, Nick stayed up until midnight producing the final contract so that both parties could sign it before he had to leave the next day out of town. Nick accompanied me to the closing and played a vital part in all the discussions. Errors were found on several documents and looking back I could have not made it through the closing without him. All of this was a testament to his work ethic. Nick’s counseling through this whole process was invaluable. I would use him again without any questions. I highly recommend that Nick be a part of your team if you decide to sell your home by yourself.
