Megan is outstanding! She not only does her job but she is so understanding and goes out of her way to help. I haven’t had good experiences with lawyers but if you need help with bankruptcy, you won’t beat Harlan and Quillen. These lawyers are in a league all their own.
If your looking for a bankruptcy firm that communicates and responds back when you need them this place isn’t for you. Their case manager Tracy or what ever her job is will not call or email you back no matter how many vmails or emails you send. I’m not even sure how she even has a job or what they pay her for but communication definitely shouldn’t be added to her resume. We’re in a worse spot now than when we were before starting bankruptcy and all of this could have been avoided if we could had gotten some assistance when we needed our case manager when my husband had lost his job. Their solution months later after no communication was to up the amt we were paying as if we weren’t having a hard enough time paying the already high amount they gave the first time. Definitely find someone else and don’t go here. But if you like being ignored then this is the place for you.
I’d just like to share my experience with this firm! I was in extreme trouble w debt and went through the hardest time of my life , until I was directed to this firm everything I was going through was always south and against me, Megan fought for me since day one and went above and beyond what any other lawyer would have done.all my calls and emails were always responded to even after hours the morals and scruples of this firm are outstanding, they took my situation and gave me the best outcome I could have ever imagined. I was treated like family not just a client. I’d highly recommend Harlan & Quillen for any of your bankruptcy needs because your going to receive the best possible care and empathy and outstanding performance as a lawyer ! You couldn’t ask for more . I give them a 10 out of 10 if you want the best treatment and justice you can get and extremely well priced with today’s cost , look no further ! Harlan and Quillen will get the job done , weather it be a simple bankruptcy or hard core as I seen mine was . I now can begin life again stress free .
