I paid around $1500 to Crew & Crew to help pardon a DUI misdemeanor from college over 10 years ago. The Board of Pardons unanimously approved only for the Gov Noem to deny it for no reason. No one communicates to you regarding your case at crew and crew. They wait weeks to respond to emails. They will respond when you continue to ask for a response. Karen talks out of both sides of her mouth and doesn’t actually involve herself in cases. They are a waste of money
Unless you personally know the attorneys don’t even attempt to communicate. Their “assistant” has very poor communication skills. Without even knowing facts she will ask what you need a lawyer for, and just stop responding like you are moot. I waited 3 weeks for her to respond. I finally emailed her asking “hello??! Are you there? Hello?!” And all she did was say “sorry we aren’t interested” I wouldn’t want someone with this lack of professionalism and communication skills to even think of representing me. Go to Wilka. They atleast have an interest in communication and your well being as a human.
