Mr. Nathan Bax, (a junior attorney) inherited my high value LTD ERISA case from the Firms senior partner, Rob Hoskins who I hired and enjoyed working with. Mr. Hoskins came highly recommended, then suddenly passed away 5 days after winning us a “Remand” from the Supreme Court. A Remand is where the judge doesn’t feel there’s sufficient evidence for him to rule.

Hired Mr Bax to go against UNUM life insurance for stopping my finances benefits of 1700 per month. We spoke with him once in more than a years time. We were evicted and apparently he went to court and canceled the lawsuit behind our backs and never told us. Do not hire him. In fact dont ever hire an attorney that wont communicate with you. These attorneys need to do therye job correctly and not just push peoples phone calls to secretaries saying hes out of the office today. Awful experienc .
