The Financial Services Rep Viktoria DeJesus was extra helpful in helping me get some affairs in order…
I have been with this bank for over 7 years and they have had me on a $1,000 credit card limit since I was delivering food to the people at this bank. After 7 years I input for a credit card increase on my measly $1,000 limit that I’m paying off probably 4 times a month in full. These low lives who sit with their feet up on the desks doing nothing all day have the audacity to deny hard working people any credit whatsoever. Basically gatekeepers of opportunity in my eyes at this point. Simply, if they aren’t making money off of you keeping a balance on their credit cards, they don’t want your business. There is no loyalty or anything anymore, it’s only numbers to these greed pigs. My credit score is 767 for reference and they absolutely refuse to increase my limit above $1,000. I’m not carrying major balances, I have no home loan and I just also paid off an auto loan at the beginning of this year so it’s not a debt based denial or an income based denial either. It’s ridiculous and appalling how these places treat customers anymore and no wonder why the American dream is dead. It’s institutions like this.
Ms. Sarah Roof was very helpful to me and my company in the execution of her duties! Thank you!
