Warwick Debt Collection Lawyer- Wallick and Associates

I just made a phone call to tell the lawyer that my dad had sent in a money order for the last two months of his payments but only wrote his name on the outside of the envelope with no address to send to. All I wanted to do was call and give him a heads up About what had happened and that we are waiting for a money order inquiry. The first woman who came on the phone was very nice and respectful but the second Mark Wallick got on the phone I tried explaining the situation to him in a normal respectful tone and he cut me off mid sentence saying “I DIDN’T RECEIVE ANYTHING” in a nasty tone and I responded “well if you let me finish explaining then I can tell you what happened” I proceeded to finish explaining what had happened with the money order payment and he responds “ WELL YOU DIDN’T SAY THAT” …. so I respond of course I didn’t yet because you didn’t let me finish speaking. He finished the call abruptly by saying “I’ll just leave a note that the payment will come later this month, bye”. Needless to say this was a terrible experience and all I was trying to do was make a simple phone call for my parents who are elderly and don’t speak English and this guy had the nerve to be this unprofessional. I would DEF. Not recommend him just by judging by his personality alone. Not worth it. He sounds negative and toxic. Bad experience. I feel bad for the secretary cuz she was very nice.
