This is the worst law firm you can go with. They do not communicate anything they do. When you ask questions they do not answer but will ask you to gather more information for the other lawyer. They will make you feel like they are against you while asking you for money. They charged me twice for one thing they did, and my new lawyer caught them trying to charge twice. They are all horrible firm, and I wouldn’t recommend them to even my ex-wife. They also send you bills for more then you owe. I was sent a bill for 3,000, and when I got another lawyer now the bill went up to 6,000. Please read this cause they shouldn’t be allowed to represent anyone in any case ever again.
I’m writing this review to share my experience. Unfortunately, Jim Rocco and his associates do not prioritize timely resolutions. I recommend seeking opinions from other marital lawyers in the Philadelphia/New Jersey area; you’ll likely hear similar negative feedback about Jim Rocco. This isn’t about competition; there are other attorneys with positive comments. Consider this a warning: avoid this firm. Take the time to research thoroughly before making a decision.
Do NOT hire this guy for a New Jersey divorce unless you want someone who doesn’t know what he’s doing. He’s cost me a ton of money with his bad and/or non existent advice. I don’t leave this review lightly. It was a BAD experience.
