Denis Law Firm

I was referred to the Dennis law firm by the Bar Association. Before I call them, I looked at the reviews. The main thing that stood out was bad communication. I decided to give them an opportunity and explain what I needed from them. The young lady that answered the phone was extremely polite, kind understanding, and sympathetic however on the flip-side no communication from any attorney so I could not send any records, correspondence or who to ask for. (Nothing.) I’m not sure if this attorney was in the witness protection program or just had too many cases with that being said after multiple calls and leaving messages I gave up. 3 1/2 weeks later a nice gentleman called me. He did not drop the ball he took ownership but who wants to wait three weeks to finally hear from the firm when their loved one passed away The case may take a year or two but the communication should be within 72 business hours, so I decided to come back three weeks later to give them one more opportunity, guess what same thing no call back so if I was you and you can do as you please not only what I stay away, I would be foolish to refer any friends love ones relative’s ect. In Layman’s terms, I would be drunk on dumb and passed out on stupid to subject someone else to this unprofessional behavior. Does this firm start all their potential new clients out with this type of behavior?. Everything starts with the gatekeeper who answers the phone however, once you get in the communication cease to exist, good luck. My name is Sean and I approve this unfortunate message.
