I would give 0 stars if I could. I was told this would be an open and closed case due to the severity of my ex husband’s abuse and willing absence from our childs life. However, Mr. Groselak did not serve in court. Instead, the case went to trial and Mr. Groselak continued each court date for over a year. He never returned a phone call or responded to an email, yet billed me for it. You can imagine the stress it had on me as a single mother. I was being charged more than the cost of a mortgage each month for virtually nothing. Finally, Mr. Groselak withdrew unexpectedly as my lawyer for ‘non payment’. This lawyer does not care about the well being of children or victims of abuse.
Poor performance always late-terrible mediator always trying to please the opposite side,the judge or both,not worthy for what he is charging you for…stay away from this shark !!!
I used them for mediation and not only were they accommodating, they took two people that were like Rams knocking heads and brought us together to see the big picture of raising a daughter separately.
