Amazing! My son is going through a very sad divorce and was trying to navigate some very difficult decision making while he grieving the loss of his marriage. Ms Nash has/is representing my son. My son has two children and one has special needs. My son is fighting to keep his children’s live as unchanged as he can, by keeping them in the same home and school district that they have been in for 7 years. We knew that it could be difficult getting and keeping custody of the children since the law usually supports the mother more than the father. In this case my son and Ms. Nash decided to file for a Pro Quo order to keep the children in their home full time while the details of the case continue to be fought in the court. My son’s ex contested the order that had been accepted and signed by the judge. At the hearing, which was much like a trial, Ms. Nash shined under the pressure! She has truly been a blessing for my son and our family. Ms. Nash was prepared for every possible scenario of the outcome.
