I feel like he is very fair judge
Mr. Halley was a answer to prayer for me. He was able to accomplish something in one week for me that I couldn’t get done since 2009. I know that sounds impossible but I couldn’t find a attorney in 13 yrs willing to help me. I needed a attorney to petition the judge for a Content Order. That would allow me to have my original birth certificate that was sealed, opened and 2 copies sent to me. I needed it to prove to the Choctaw Nation that it was only a paternity change that was made and I was not adopted. My mother is who I qualify through for my CDIB card. It was so important I received that original birth certificate. I can’t thank David Halley enough. I would HIGHLY recommend him. I was his first case like this yet he didn’t tell me no. He found out what needed to be done and did it and got me my Content Order from the Judge. I will be forever grateful to him for his help.
