I tried to contact Kinman for over 2 and a 1/2 weeks. He would not return my phone calls. I set up a Phone meeting and he did not answer.
Max Kinman is a great man and an incredible attorney. He accepted my medical malpractice case after I had been turned down by every other attorney in the city. I owe a great debt of gratitude to Max for advocating for me throughout the entire process and supporting me. He understands the physical & emotional impact malpractice cases have on his clients, and does an incredible job at supporting them through the painful process of re-living the events during trial.
On October the 12,2022 Attorney Kinman called me and told me he and Veterans Affairs Attorney had reached an agreement that I would receive an extra schedule award and that I should hear something within 30 days. I asked Attorney Kinman to send me a copy of their agreement,but I never heard or received anything from him or his associates after repeated phone calls. Around January the second of 2023 I received a letter from the Veteran Affairs. stating claim denied. I have no written evidence of what was said in the agreement to support what he told me.I feel cheated and deceived because Attorney Kinman did not fight for me and refused to contact me to this day. Will someone please help me find justice?
