I recommend the Mishak law firm. We had an initial consult with Brittany Luarde. She was very inviting and kind upon arrival. One of the things that stood out to me most was that Brittany showed us genuine kind and concern for our case. She explained what she was doing in detail, she listened without cutting us off, she took detailed notes as we spoke and by the end of the conversation she already had a game plan to lay out on how she was going to proceed. She was open and honest from the beggining and she explained hpw she would bill and charge us as well so there were no surprises. She made us feel comfortable and felt like my case was in good hands without even a shadow of a doubt. I knew she was going to fight hard for us. failed to communicate in any meaningful way other than to inform me of invoices due of payment. Invoiced arbitrary labor hours, for tasks I could have performed had they answered my questions AT ALL. Failed to send important court documents, claiming I was delinquent in reply only to find “IT WAS IN MISHAK’s OUTBOX FOR 2 MONTHS”. Best of all, they cannot balance the books on the invoices issued vs. amount paid. they don’t care that they cant balance. just pay.
