I had a bad experience with Skinner. He never did things for his client’s best interest. He was lousy in doing his part of work as well. Would never reach out here again.
My spouse hired Josh Lemerman to help with establishing a shared parenting plan for both of his children (my step children). Josh was excellent to work with. At every step along the way he really held in mind our interests as well as the children’s interests and fought for us. At times it felt really difficult and as if the “fight” would not end and we became discouraged. Josh was great at redirecting us–specifically I felt he got to know my husband and what his wants were, Josh listened to these wants and was able to advocate on by husband’s behalf and negotiate to the point of settlement in both cases. He redirected us by keeping us focused on what was the most important needs for our family and helping us to secure those things for the kids.
