Gonna add another review to let y’all know how bad they really are. This is one of them reviews just cause they cost me $5k
I would give them ZERO Stars if I could. Beyond the absolute worst choice of a lawyer you could ever think to make or imagine. Only reason they were lucky enough to have a real estate deal from myself was that the out of town buyer chose them b/c of their location to the property. Don’t be fooled by their “positive” reviews. I wonder how many free lunches were bought by and for them in lieu of compensating the reviewers who gave this firm anything over 1 Star? Jennifer actually said to me, after I had to call them b/c of no response and talk to 3 people before getting in touch w/ her, that she is not used to micro-managing details for client. What on Earth does that even mean? A lawyer that is irritated about a clients best interest? They lost paperwork, messed up paperwork, could not communicate without having to be contacted by myself or the buyers representatives first about simple issues, dragged out the amount of time to complete the closing for no apparent reason (other than justifying their insane pricing, I guess), and actually charged more money when myself and realtor did their work for them!!!! This is what happens when you choose a business that is ran by women. Be far away from this location when the lightening-strike of Karma hits this place!
