Rhian Jones was a horrible family attorney. I spent so much money and every time I left her office I felt confused she did not put any time into my case she did stuff without my permission. She is the worst and I feel violated and ripped off. I went there wanting advice and she let me make decisions without guidance. I spent so much money and in the end she didn’t even do what she promised to do and what was signed off and my divorce decree. I think she should stick to her criminal law and not be a family attorney. The entire experience has been awful for me and I have lost so much. But I put so much money into it and I was hopeful that she would help me but she didn’t do what she promised to do she didn’t do what I signed off on my divorce decree and I spent 4 years and tens of thousands of dollars and I have nothing. She promised to set up an account to get half of my ex-husband’s retirement. I have been going to her office and trying to get her to do it she said I didn’t pay for it even though I receipts so now I have to pay a paralegal in the office to do what she promised to do for me. If you are looking for a family attorney she is not the one. She should not be doing family law she should just focus on her criminal law. I feel so taking advantage of violated and retaining her was the worst decision I have made in my life. I hate to speak badly of people but I really lost so much because of her.
I hired Ms. Jones for a child custody matter. At first all seemed great, however in the end I was over billed, and no recompense was attempted when I complained. I was then sued for not paying the disputed charges. Yes, sued by my own attorney, the person I hired to represent my interests, whom clearly has her own financial interests primarily in mind. She may be a decent attorney, that is debatable, but things quickly became an obfuscation nightmare. In fact, this firm is even trying to have me jailed over money and is using some pretty shady practices to these ends. The lawyerly profession has seen better days, or so I surmise. Almost shameful to even call it a profession in times like these. It is too bad there seems such a lack of upstanding and honest people in this profession. Bottom line, you’d likely regret it if you ever hired this firm, or Rhian Jones. I paid 10k for one court appearance and a handful of pointless emails and other paper shuffling. Best advice I can give anyone, do your best to stay out of the legal realms altogether, you’ll likely never get what you hope for in the end.
Rhian Jones represented me in a very difficult, complicated family court matter post divorce. She was professional, listened to my concerns, represented me as if it was her own personal problem, and responded quickly when I needed help (even while she was on vacation!). In court she is very knowledgeable about court proceedings and a highly competent trial lawyer. In the end, she was able to help resolve the situation with reasonable fair alternatives to continuing a lengthy trial. Thank you Rhian ❤
