At the end of 2018 my husband and I were deep in debt w/ credit cards and other finances. Debt, like in excess of $100k! In fact, after having met w/ our financial advisor, more $ was going out the back door then coming in the front door. He was amazed as to how we were making it. He indicated our only solution was bankruptcy. A close lawyer friend at the time recommended Paula, specializing in bankruptcy. Upon meeting w/ her we were quickly at ease and knew she’d help us get through this. Fast forward, by her experience and knowledge we were able to file Chapter 13. She was personally present for any and all court appearances necessitated. It was a 41-month plan to be free and clear of all our debt, while still making mortgage payments and payments on a truck lease my husband had. Throughout this time several questions and concerns had arisen. Frequently we called to address those concerns. Each time they were addressed and rapidly attended to. April was the primary and she too was just amazing. In fact, we had an occasion to deal w/ each of Paula’s staff throughout the process. They too were amazing! March 2023 our bankruptcy was finally discharged! Our finances and life have improved immensely. Since its discharge still questions have arisen, and Paula and her staff are attending to our concerns. Truly an amazing practice!
