My expectations were high. Bradley Schnur had handled an eviction for me and the experience was professional, expedient, empathetic and successful. I don’t know what in the world happened this time. I retained him to help with a mortgage forebearance while I sell my home. I am devastated, 72 years old on a fixed income with assistance from my daughter. 1 month with no response to numerous calls, texts and emails. He nor Kevin were ever available to speak to. I called the mortgage company they had not received anything from his office, all of which began happening after I sent a termination letter.
