I hired Constantine to represent me for the drafting of an new commercial lease for a Commercial Store Front that I manage. The Tenant’s lease had expired. The then Tenant requested to lower the rent for loss of revenue due to COVID and his own health. In actuality the lower rent allowed the then Tenant to ask for a higher sale price without disclosing to us that the Tenant was selling his business. After the Attorney did some investigating he discovered that the Tenant attempted to bring in a buyer that he referred to as a partner. The Attorney was able to void the lease that was signed and obtain additional consideration or “key money” for a replacement lease. I believe Constantine’s negotiating skills was stellar and was able to leverage our bargaining position to obtain a very favorable outcome. Constantine Frangopoulos Esq., did an extraordinary job resolving a boundary line Issue that was not addressed by the previous attorney that represented me on the Sale of my Home. Moreover, Constantine was able to close the sale of the house in an efficient, thorough, and quick manner. He was instrumental in creating all realty contractual agreements. In addition to the sale Constantine represented me and my wife on the purchase of the new home which was owned by an Estate. The new home was riddled with municipality issues that Constantine was able to identify and effectively negotiate a significant credit towards the purchase price and close the purchase in a seamless and smooth fashion.
