This lawyer will do nothing for you, talk really unprofessionally to you then send you a bill after doing nothing for you. He writes contracts that benefit the real estate agents he works closely with and the investors. When you ask questions he brushes them aside. I asked for help with gaining power of attorney for my father, his response was”its too hard, everything is fine the way it is.” He would purposely contact my father who has dementia to confuse him and to get him to agree with him. You’ll ask questions and he’ll give vague answers and when you ask for more explanation he repeats himself. He’s also never in the office and calls you back from private numbers so you don’t have a direct contact with him.
