This lawyer tried to scam me and my sister out of our will and sign it over to our mom without a notary. The will states that the house was already in our mom’s name. Called the mortgage company and come to find out all she had to do was a pay a debt and sign papers in order to become the successor of the apartment. He tried to get us to sign it over under the guise that our house was being foreclosed because it wasn’t in her name. I specified that we were only giving the apartment on the probate waiver and he sent back a new one with no details on what we’d be signing over. I tried to contact to call him out and he still won’t respond. Stay away from this shady lawyer. His license should be revoked.
