My mother and I engaged the services of mh&m after my new-born son was knocked out of his bassonet while in the care of the hospital staff. He suffered a skull fracture and was moved to Albany meds NICU. After two years we recieved an initial offer. Unfortunately my mother was now fighting a losing battle with stage 4 breast cancer… She turned down the offer saying it was not appropriate for the damages my son sustained… A traumatic head injury at 3 days old has long term lasting effects. Unfortunately she passed shortly after this first offer… This law firm with Rosemary Bogden as our primary lawyer subsequently refused to answer my calls or return my calls. After the funeral (which as an only child I was in charge of alone) and after all the things that come after a death it fell on me to follow up on the suit. They NEVER spoke with me when I called, NEVER returned my calls and it seems that they allowed a woman with ZERO rights to make this decision… A non family member with temporary guardianship to sign away all my sons claims so he ended up with nothing…. And STILL REFUSE TO SPEAK WITH ME!!!! It’s unbelievable…. I may have to sue them for negligence. Every time I see their comercial it angers me. They let my family down…. My son will have to deal with the repercussions of his injury for his entire life… Because of hospital negligence and a bassonet with a faulty/tippy wheel and the complete apathy of this firm!!!! If I never see another MH&M commercial and or add it will be too soon. Thank God for streaming TV so I dont have to see their adds every 15 minutes! Just wish i sidnt have to see more ads on billboards, busses and anywhere else they can possibly find to stick them.
This Law Firm is the absolute real deal and by far the best. I was referred to this law firm by a friend whose a lawyer.
