Extremely unfriendly law firm! I’m currently receiving benefits and had 2… Yes 2.. Very basic questions that social security themselves would not answer. After explaining what I needed to the receptionist she said “We have a free consultation if you’d like” and I agreed. After gathering some personal information she then said “oh you’re receiving benefits so you do not qualify…” Which I had already told her…. I then asked again if an attorney could please just answer to quick questions to which one of the attorneys declined because I was already receiving benefits. No option to pay for the answers nothing. Just flat no. Draw your own conclusions as to why that may be. I know when I was approved for benefits my lawyer got a fat check from a percentage of my lump sum. They guys may or may not do that… I wasn’t offered an option to find out.
Call them today!! Ben and Lindsay are fantastic. I was faced with two appeals. Another law firm told me I had no case. Ben, Lindsay and their patient staff reviewed my case. Paperwork seemed to be sent weekly. They reviewed and explained each letter and request. Ben represented me quite professionally at my hearing. Needless to say, the result was more than good.
