So we were given the name of this firm by company insurance, which should have been a red flag from the get-go but when I spoke to one of the partners (Matthew Dorsi) he sounded great and eased my mind about this real estate dispute that we were facing, and he told me that he would refer the matter to one of the associates (Caroline Lenci) who would get back to me the next day once I send over the relevant legal paperwork for background. All I wanted to know was can they take this case and do what needed to be done before we are defaulted on 1 June. 5 voicemails later, we have received no response by call, by email, nothing. From the looks of it, we appear to have been ghosted. I don’t normally deal with lawyers so I couldn’t say if this unprofessional behavior is just how it is in the industry, how it is in Nj, or just how this firm operates. Needless to say, this firm has definitely lost our trust and our business—which could very well not matter to them at all. If anyone from the firm is reading this, it’s not hard to be an adult and be honest and straightforward and actually care about people. But if that does not align with your bottom line, so be it.
