Worst experience imaginable !!!! I thought I was paying John to fight for me and to protect me. Clearly, I got neither. What I’ve learned is that in the matrimonial settlement agreement (MSA) ,words need to be very specific. If they are not, doors are left open for the other party to take advantage of. And boy did my ex-wife come barreling through those doors. Now I didn’t know any better at the time because I’m not a lawyer and that’s what I paid John for so I thought. Bottom line is John did not read the agreement very thoroughly to me. If he had, I believe he would’ve noticed these things and had them fixed before they became a problem. If he did read it thoroughly, then he’s not nearly as good of a lawyer as I thought he was. Here’s just one example. My ex-wife is now suing me for back child support. Only problem is the children were LIVING WITH ME !!!! All because the way the agreement was written up. John should’ve been a standup Guy and tell me he was gonna try and fix this anyway he can. John knows I ran out of money about a year ago and my sister has been paying my attorney fees. He had the balls to tell me he needs another retainer and can I borrow more money from my sister. This is why people think most lawyers are the scum of the Earth. He was all lovey-dovey and my best friend until the money ran out.
John and his team came to my aide during the hardest time of my life. They supported me legally and many times emotionally. Very down to earth, yet a bull in the court and legal proceedings. Already recommended him to several people. Won’t regret him as your advocate. I think of him and his team as family.
John was the third and last attorney to handle my Divorce case. If John were my first Attorney he would have been my only Attorney. John is thorough, knowledgeable, attentive, and tough when he needs to be. John closed out my Divorce, when no one else could.
