Terrible lawyers and staff. Messed up everything they did for us, every step of the way. Paid them $800+ for 3 notice to vacate letters! Supposedly the post office lost them. I specifically told them DO NOT MAIL THE LETTERS AGAIN because you’ll extend the tenants time. Without asking me or telling me they resent letters with new dates on them and didn’t even tell us the new dates!!! We found out from our tenants!!!! After talking to me and apologizing and telling me that he’ll take care of us with the eviction, he’ll do it when the time comes blablabla. I went to file on my own because I wasn’t paying an extra 1k just to file eviction, I found out that we had to file another form FIRST and that form neeeded to be in the courts for at least 90 days!!! This was already 90 days after the notice to vacate. The lawyer that we paid to close on our house AND to write notice to vacate and the lawyer that said he would help us with the eviction didn’t mention ANYYYYYYY of this!!!! I guess we had to pay to be told that!!!! Then the lawyer tells us it’s $2500 to file eviction!!!!!!! Not to mention how slow they were getting any documents to and from while we were closing!!!!!! They do not advise!!!! They do not warn!!!! They do not do or inform you of ANYTHING you do not ask of them!!!!! They’re not lawyers they’re more like taskers!!!!!! Don’t use them!!!!!!!!!
