We started working with Josh about a year ago and he seemed amazing at first with his quick and knowledgeable responses. Then we sent him the retainer…didn’t hear from him for quite some time after the retainer was sent to his office, then he claimed that it was accidentally placed in a client’s file with the same last name… I know for a fact that was not true, our last name is only common in Spain. Overtime the responses got slower, if at all. Lately I have been trying to get in touch with him to get our account balance and billing sorted out…via email and text alike. Although it shows he’s read the text messages, he’s not responding. This was my absolute last resort because I hate to ruin somebody’s business, but I also don’t want somebody to be in my position with legal matters at stake.
Josh is the best bankruptcy lawyer in town!!! Please use him if you are in need. Me and my husband were very stressed especially after surgery and I was scared to file bankruptcy. I also had a newborn on the way while we were struggling. Josh answered the phone and called us back right away. He will walk you through the steps and be there for you if you have any questions. He is so compassionate about not just his clients but human beings. Me and my husband after talking to him on the phone saw him in person and knew he was gonna be the lawyer for us. He took his time with us not feeling rushed. He does not judge you and he will tell you honestly what to do. I can’t thank God enough for blessing us with such a great lawyer especially because I struggle with ADHD. He explained everything to me over and over and never judged me ever or my husband. Now I’m finally in the right mind set that everything is going to be ok and he is there if I have any questions. Now I will be able to enjoy our life with our newborn because of him. Unfortunately we can NOT say that he helped us…he has not interpreter bilingual in spanish, he is not clear in explanation, he talk to clients like we know the laws…besides instead to help we went deep in more debt with the loan..supposed lawyers are for help homeowners not to ignore and leave in deep debt their loan.
