The people in this organization communicate poorly and are not on the same page. The value and protect their time, but do not respect scheduled appointments. They cancel out on an appointments, so they can start the weekend early! No, you did not honor our 400 pm appointment, you wasted my time by calling at 3:21, so you could start your weekend early. The time you wasted responding to the honest review, you could have kept our 400PM call. You decided your weekend was more important. Your receptionist gave me the run run around, only to call back and said you wanted to proceed, after you said you couldn’t take the case. I cleared my schedule, and submitted multiple documents. You did not have the professionalism to honor our time and speak to me. It was apparent you value your weekend, more than respecting people. You are proving your unprofessionalism, by trying to paint me in a negative light. Everything, I have stated is facts, not feelings. Hopefully your clients do not have trail on a Friday, because you will cut out early. You can’t take your L like a professional, instead you act like someone is unreasonable for seeking compassion, respect and decency. I honestly hope people look at the facts of this review and how the owner responds, condescending and seeking the last word, rather than taking the criticism and trying to strive to be better.
