NOT A GOOD LAW FIRM AT ALL. YOU HAVE OTHER CHOICES. DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!! Failed phone calls within a timely manner, documents sent with incorrect information, miscommunication, REQUESTED COPIES NEVER RECEIVED, Healthcare request papers never filled out, UNPROFESSIONAL RUDENESS AND NOT GIVEN CORRECT INFORMATION…….. the list goes on…OVERALL VERY SLOPY WORK. DO NOT RETAIN! I regret picking up the phone and ever calling them!! In the beginning the service was great. Great enough to lure you in thinking wow I’m impressed and I certainly was BUT only to leave me with a mess! Seeking new counsel but now it’s been a year and I’m having a trouble finding another attorney because of time elapse. Don’t do it! I’m sure they’ll remark with some sort of excuse instead of taking responsibility. Don’t be lured in by fancy TV commercials. You’ll end up like me…. DUPED!!!! The worst experience ever
I tried calling Brown and Krupen 1st, three years ago after falling face first in an UNMARKED PARKING GARAGE in Clayton after my last visit with my lawyer securing a Foundation for young college students. Fortunately, I landed on the back of my hands and wrists and was bloodied up severely also hitting my left cheek bone and eyebrow!!! Brown and Krupen said that they couldn’t take my case, so I was able to secure another lawyer in Clayton that has been going on for over three years!!!
