Where to start??? My mother was needing legal advise on her property. Date and time was set, I drove over 2 hours to get there to be with her. 3 hours before appointment time he calls to cancel due to fog (that I had just drove just fine in). We reschesuled for the next week. He did call the day before to cancel again (better timing at least). My mother was trying to explain again that her daughters were rearranging their schedules to come be with her for this appointment twice now. He accused her of being rude. She said that was not her intent, was just trying to explain her situation and wanted to know when we could reschedule again. He again accused her of being rude with him and that he didn’t think they could work with her. What a joke and very unprofessional way to try to run a legal business. If he doesn’t want to work with people he should consider a change in careers cause he isn’t working this one very well. We will give our money to someone better and more interested in helping clients instead of trying to belittle them.
Knowledgeable & professional. My family has used this office many times over the years & we would absolutely recommend them.
I called to inquire about a case involving my daughter. I know they can’t discuss her case with me. However, my purpose was to relay the need for a return call to my daughter concerning new evidence that involved the health and welfare of a child. My daughter had called, left messages and got no response. Upon reaching the secretary, she was nice at first but then turned very rude. I was trying to explain, she didn’t want to hear it. When I expressed the concern for the safety of a child, she responded with, “I don’t care!” Loud enough that my wife heard her across the room and my phone was not on speaker. A few minutes later, her boss calls me back. His concern was that I hear him, but he couldn’t listen to me. He told me a horror story from their office that happened before to them and I listened. But, when I tried to convey my concern, he couldn’t hear it. His only concern was that I was going to write this complaint to the BBB and here. He had no knowledge of the case in his office. However, it took several minutes of discussion of his office to even get to that point. He wanted me to hear his side, but has no interest in my side. If that’s the type of service, no thanks. Good Luck.
