I received a letter from Mark regarding an Estate he’s the Administrator of and in our inital call, he was very nice and helpful. Even told me to feel free reach out to him on his cell if I had any further questions. Well, I just spoke with Mark again in regards to obtaining the claims form to submit against the estate and he was extremely rude for absolutely no reason. Before hanging up in my face, he said he does not work for me, simply because I asked how to obtain the claims form. Very unprofessional!! From my experience with him and Heather Aby, I hope I never have to deal with anymore attorneys in Mississippi.
