A few years ago I contacted several attorneys in the area, one in Springfield and one in Chicopee but both refused to take my work accident case and the others never called me back. Finally someone called me and it was attorney Thomas E. Casartello, one of the best, very friendly and one of the nicest attorneys around. He has extensive experience of over 35 years of practice. I am very happy to have a good and experienced lawyer on my side. When I came to my first meeting with Atty:Thomas E. Casartello, I was unprepared, my papers and documents were in disarray, and I was a little embarrassed. He requested for all the papers and documents he needed and arranged everything perfectly. Atty:Casartello helped me for many years and continues helping me, always answering my calls and emails. I am very happy with this office and Atty:Thomas E. Casartello. He will do his best and you will get what you deserve. Give it a try, I highly recommend this office and Atty: Thomas E. Casartello.
Called because I’m desperately in need of an attorney. I’m a victim of domestic violence and understand the complexity of my case when it comes to a lawsuit. But it is not only insensitive but also unprofessional to cut someone off, rudely tell them I don’t want to take your case I’m not interested thank you and hang up. I put it nicely. That’s not how you treat ppl especially ones who although may not have broken bones have permanent trauma and have to relive everything every time they call an office and have to explain everything over and over again.
