I was referred to the Cantalupo Law Group through my employers ESP program. I spoke with Mr. Cantalupo in December of 2023. He referred me to his secretary Jennifer on extension 2 for scheduling. I called on January 31, February 6 and February 22, 2024 and left a message for Jennifer. Mr. Cantalupo returned my call shortly therafter and tells me “I would be better served finding a more local firm.” Why then did you tell me that it would be significantly more expensive to go through probate court in lieu of establishing a trust beforehand?
