If I could give a one star, I would. This attorney put me off onto a paralegal with no training named Kathryn. Then called me a keyboard warrior. Once I began to fire him, i began receiving threats of liens and them witholding state farm settlement for the property portion of my claim. All the people in that office are rude and talk down to clients. I know my rights and i fired them, and hired Parker/Alexander. In just a few days, I am super excited with the care and help Parker/Alexander has provided. 10* for parker/alexander. 0 star for Bruscado or whatever his name is. I didn’t fear his threats or anything else, just promptly fired him and went to a real attorney. Shame on them. I am a disabled individual and this is how they treated me.
I highly recommend John and his team. From the beginning he was professional and compassionate. He took time to explain everything to me (1-1) and also pushed for me to take my health seriously. I feel so much better. His staff made sure to keep me updated every step of the way. Couldn’t think of a better firm. Thanks for everything!
Not happy with the results did not get rightfully compensated after being hurt at work, I told them on different occasions I did not like the deal I want to take it to trial and they wouldn’t for some unknown reason, after I got in too deep i had to call multiple times a week for months before someone would reach back out to me, hell I had to call them to find out my check was there, workman comp had stopped my weekly check the last 6 months of the case they never tried to get it back didn’t even bring it up to the judge leaving me in crazy debt, I think that was both of their tactics to get me to settle, plus the judge was talking like she was on my side almost like she was chastising and the opposing lawyer was visually sweating and was on the ropes and verbally said I’m ready to settle which took them another 4 or 5 months to do for some reason, at the end they brought in 3000 less than me added on about 8 or 9000 worth of fees on top of a 40% fee over all, and only told me what one of the fees was for which was about $1500 storage fee to keep papers on file I thought to myself that’s crazy, workman comp pretty much told them what it was going to be or not be at least that’s how they made a seem even though when we went to court it looked like we had the power, but it was no fight unless it was for their pockets out my pockets or maybe it was some under table stuff going on I don’t know but I do know they won not me, on top of that I’m still going to the doctor even though the case been done for 3 months, im paying out of pocket and still can’t work worst decision ever ain’t nobody reaping it but me ugh I should have just fired them no matter the consequences now I have to try to figure out How I Will Survive!
