Did not get past the receptionist who was incredibly rude.
I have used John for the past 5 years and he is very knowledgeable on elder care and Medicaid. He price was fair considering high lawyer fees. He was professional and fully committed to helping my case. Thank you so much John for your counsel. I couldn’t have gotten through it without you!
I agree with the review from the young lady who stated how potential clients are mad to feel insignificant. I called their office and Lynette took my information. She the asked me to email her a copy of my wife’s POA (Power of Attorney) in which I did. She claimed Mr. Sirois who probably want to look at the document before calling back. After waiting two days I called back again. I was told he came into the office but left again. I called a third time as was told he’d just left for lunch. After 4 days of waiting and excuses which appears to be more liked screened calls, I decided to look elsewhere. I emailed the Law Offices of Lasavio and DeJean from Baton Rouge. They called me the following morning eager to answer and questions pertaining to our situation. Needless to say I forgot to ask one question, called back and left a message and Mr. DeJean called me right back. I strongly suggest using them for estate matters. They are very knowledgable and professional unlike John Sirois. The only reason I gave one star is because the was not a 0 in rating. Stay away from this type of service.
