My father-in-law was very ill, and his caretaker called this law office and had his will altered leaving everything to her, as well as having her name put on his house. The attorney had her husband witness the documents as well as her paralegal via zoom at my FIL’s house. When my FIL found out what had happened, he was very distraught. My husband and his sisters filed a complaint against this attorney, and his attorney was able to get it sorted, but it took so much away from the last year of his life. This attorney should not be working with the elderly, and I pray you go somewhere else.
I asked a question about my daughter inheriting my property, which may still have a mortgage, without having to re-finance the mortgage. Ms. Williams was extremely helpful and courteous, and I wish I had asked her to prepare my original will.
