Mark was very helpful in guiding us in establishing our living trust. He took the time to explain what we needed to do to get items added to the trust to meet our needs, covering a variety of circumstances. Items covered ranged from finance, medical powers of attorneys, wills, and more. Were also been given time to review items of the trust and the opportunity to make changes to be assured our requests were met.
Mark Galloway helped me through all the steps required to obtain Medicaid coverage for my spouse who has recently entered into a Memory Care residency. He helped me know that we don’t need to “burn down” all our finances before Medicaid will kick in. However, there is so much to do, and he patiently and systematically walked us through the whole process.
