I would not recommend this lawyer to anyone. I am very unsatisfied with this lawyer. She told me information and then went back on it so now I’m dealing with the issues caused by it. When I tried to speak with her she couldn’t even give me the curtsey of a call back. I even went so far as a phone appointment and she never called me. I had to call office 40 minutes after the appointment to find out why. I was basically told can’t help and had to dismiss my case.
I worked with Lora Phipps on my bankruptcy, and I can honestly say that they have been extremely helpful during my financial crisis. The office is very welcoming and understanding of what you’re going through in your life, and they made sure to explain everything I needed to know about bankruptcy to help me make an informed decision, of all the attorneys I met with, Lora and her staff made me feel the most comfortable and I enjoy being able to pick up the phone anytime I have a question and I always get answers!
