I have never been treated so poorly by a professional’s staff in a y setting in my life. The ladies act like you are bothering them when you call. No one seems to genuinely care about the clients or their concerns. I have been misinformed on almost ever occasion, no one seems to have a clue what is going on with my case ever. When I ask questions I get told “I don’t have a crystal ball…..” Jim has not showed any compassion and only one secretary has actually been polite. He laughed when he tried to send me mail correspondence and it was returned because they didn’t have my address right after being a client for a year!! Not one person in that house gives a shit about the clients.
