I have had Dave as Public Appointed Counsel for a few cases I’ve been in and out of Criminal Justice system my entire adult life he is the only State appointed attorney in Harrison or Pitt that I feel actually worked for me. He didn’t do the usually sell you down the road to get better deal on paying client. And for that I am grateful and will forever recommend you to anyone need counsel.

Called and asked for information on filing for voluntary guardianship for my daughter. Dave Larson said, Well I know it’s going to be expensive but I’ll have my paralegal gather a quote for you and will get back. Never heard from them. Had Dave handle a case Pryor to this one. I’m met with him for ten minutes and he told me he would be back in contact with me when he knew something. Never heard back and my case was determined what the outcome was and he didn’t even call to talk to me about it. Very disappointed. He wasn’t working for me he just did what he needed to do to be done with it. I will not recommend his service to anyone
