No communication, unanswered emails, unanswered phone calls for weeks at a time. After several weeks of this, I asked for my retainer back, (which took another month) and they returned it less $450, and cited “personal problems” as the reason the reason nothing was being done. $450 into the trash. Go anywhere else.
