I was named an executor to an estate and I’ll tell you it’s very confusing… I had a consultation with Mr.Shipman with questions and concerns. Matt made us feel comfortable with the entire process. The team worked diligently and made sure all the steps were taking to get everything set up. They handled all the paperwork and walked me through what I needed to do. A daunting situation for us was actually made very easy with Matt’s guidance and expertise. I trust Matt because I’ve worked with him in the past on other legal matters. I definitely recommend Matt and his team to anyone needing legal services. Thank you Mr Shipman!!
We used Bloom, Gates, Whiteleather, and Shipman for our parent’s estate. Estate was a simple one, but this firm was fantastic through the process. Kept us informed and were super to work with.
I received a phone call from you on April 12, 2023, regarding my consent for a family member who retained your services to handle the estate of another family member. On May 30, 2024, I received an email stating that I owe $269.50 for the phone call. I did not initiate the phone call, nor was I informed that I would be responsible for the cost. The email also mentioned multiple attempts to reach out to me regarding this bill, which is incorrect as the email was the first communication I received. I promptly paid the bill in full upon receipt of the email.
