I was set up on a payment plan, but no follow-up services were provided. I sent a complaint to the BBB and it was closed because there was no response from this firm. Only now, after filing a complaint, am I receiving any response. I decided not to go through with the bankruptcy. I just want a refund of what I paid – that’s life-changing money for me that could be used for a bill or groceries.
