Excellent lawyer
Run away from her legal services…..
I paid Rosemary to represent me in a probate case. She’s not very good at returning phone calls or entering in a case like you asked of her. She’s forgetful and then she says she’s going to do it and never does. And another Court date happens. During Covid the courts were closed a few months I reached out to her about the next court date. She told me when it was and that I didn’t have to show up. When I called the courts because I was not getting any type of communication or callbacks after leaving messages with her assistant named Jackie. The courts said that she did not show up at my court date. Nor did she enter a plea for me like she said she would.I continue to call and leave messages with her assistant Jackie and I never got any calls back. I asked for my paperwork to be sent to me that I provided her with. All my court paperwork is being sent to her because she entered as my attorney. I never received them as well. I have to call the court to get my next court date because she’s refusing to have communication via email or phone call or withdraw from my case. I don’t understand if she missed a court date she could’ve just owned up to her mistake and went from there but she refuses to have communication I’m assuming because she dropped the ball. Working with this attorney has been very frustrating. I will be contacting the Bar Association for Illinois and the attorney general. It be nice if she send me all my paperwork and the money that I paid her for my case.
